Gold Standard Award Questionnaire
2006 - 2007 Season

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help assist you in evaluating the effectiveness of your Awana Club ministry for the past year. This is meant to be a positive tool in order to help you evaluate and improve your Awana ministry. By looking at the various aspects of your Awana Club, as outlined below, you can determine the areas that need strengthening this upcoming year. Churches that "meet the goal" will be recognized at our Fall Leadership Training Conference. Will you be one of them?

AWANA COMMANDER - PLEASE READ!

Awana Leaders are some of the hardest working servants in the church's congregation. Please allow me an opportunity to honor those churches that served so well in Awana and at the same time allow you to improve the Awana ministry at your home church.

Simply read through and respond to these 28 questions as a way of evaluating your ministry. Click the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom of the page. Thanks!
